The idea of Forêline came to me after seeing that a brand I really loved was having a pop up event...in NYC. Connecticut is close enough to both Boston and NYC that no one had brought a niche perfume boutique to the state yet. And you know what they say - if you can't find a way, create one. Building a brick-and-mortar store is a huge, mountainous task, but doing pop up events felt slightly less Herculean.

At the moment, I'm hosting pop up events all across Connecticut, especially at locally-owned small businesses. This has allowed me the opportunity to meet some incredible people from all over the state and introduce them to niche and indie fragrances that they love.

I wanted to create this online space to give a platform to perfume houses that deserve an even bigger stage. I'm proud to say I’m the first retailer for several indie brands, and I hope to continue to champion many more unique voices in the fragrance world.
